But when Zechariah enters the temple, he peels back that blue curtain symbolic of stability and he finds God. Sometimes we need to look deeply through or maybe around our traditions and institutions to find what God is really calling out of us. So what happens when we like Zechariah peel back our blue curtains of stability? We may encounter God, both a stabilizing and de-centering force.
